This article explains how to create and manage broadcast email campaigns on mycreator.page. Broadcast allows you to send one-time emails to your audience for announcements, promotions, or updates.

What Is Broadcast

Broadcast is a tool for sending email campaigns to your audience. Unlike automated emails, broadcasts are:

  • One-time messages
  • Sent to a selected group of recipients
  • Used for announcements, launches, or newsletters

You can either send emails immediately or schedule them for a later time.

To create or manage campaigns:

  1. Go to your Dashboard
  2. Navigate to the Broadcast section

This is where all your email campaigns are created and managed.

Creating a New Campaign

To create a new email campaign:

  1. Click “New Broadcast” under Email Broadcasts
  2. A campaign editor will open
  3. Set up your campaign details

1. Selecting Your Audience

Choose who will receive the email.

Common options include:

  • All: Sends the email to all eligible contacts
  • Filtered by product: Targets customers or leads associated with specific products
  • Specific customer emails: Allows you to send to a custom list of recipients

Selecting the right audience ensures your message is relevant and effective.

2. Writing the Subject Line

Enter the subject line for your email.

  • This is what recipients see in their inbox
  • A clear and compelling subject line improves open rates

3. Creating the Email Content

Write your message using the email editor.

You can:

  • Format text using rich text options
  • Structure your message clearly
  • Add calls to action such as links or announcements

Keep the message focused and easy to read.

4. Saving Your Campaign

  • Campaigns are saved as drafts while you work
  • Changes may auto-save depending on your setup

This allows you to return and edit later before sending.

5. Sending or Scheduling a Campaign

Once your campaign is ready, you can choose when to send it.

Send Now

  • Sends the email immediately after confirmation
  • Use this for time-sensitive announcements

Schedule for Later

  • Choose a specific date and time
  • The system will send the email automatically at the scheduled time

This is useful for planning campaigns in advance.

Editing Restrictions

Once a campaign is:

  • Scheduled
  • Sending
  • Already sent

It typically becomes read-only to prevent changes during or after delivery.

Managing Campaigns

The Broadcast section displays all your campaigns along with their status. Common statuses include:

  • Draft
  • Scheduled
  • Sending
  • Sent

You can browse through campaigns and review past activity. Pagination may be available for accessing older campaigns.

When to Use Broadcast

Use broadcast emails for:

  • Product launches
  • Announcements and updates
  • Promotions and discounts
  • Newsletters and content sharing

For automated, behavior-based emails (such as post-purchase follow-ups), use email automation instead.

Best Practices

  • Build your audience using lead magnets and customer purchases
  • Segment your audience to send more relevant messages
  • Use clear subject lines to improve open rates
  • Keep emails concise and focused on one main goal
  • Align campaigns with product launches or discount offers

Broadcast campaigns are a powerful way to communicate directly with your audience and drive engagement when used strategically.
