The portal dashboard provides a secure, centralized place to access all your purchases, subscriptions, memberships, courses, appointments, webinars, services, and digital products. This guide explains how to navigate the portal and manage your items effectively.
Sign In (Access Your Purchases)
- Navigate to the Portal login page.
- Enter the email address used during checkout.
- Click Send Login Link.
- Open the email you receive from mycreator.page.
- Click the secure login link to access your portal dashboard.
Note: Login links are time-limited. If the link expires, you can request a new one using the same email address.
Portal Dashboard Overview
Once logged in, the dashboard displays all purchases and subscriptions in one place. This dashboard is divided into two sections:
- Subscriptions and Memberships
- Products and Appointments (courses, digital downloads, webinars, services, etc.)
Use the buttons associated with each purchase to access the relevant content or management options.
Contact Support
For any purchase, click the Support button to send a message directly to the creator’s support email. This is useful for questions about access, content, or issues with your purchase.
