This article explains how to view and manage appointment bookings from your dashboard. This section is used after you have created appointment products and started receiving bookings.

For configuring availability, duration, and meeting links, refer to the Appointment Product setup.

Purpose of Appointment Management

The Appointments section provides a centralized view of all booked sessions. It allows you to:

  • Monitor upcoming sessions
  • Track completed and cancelled bookings
  • Access booking details for each customer
  • Stay aligned with your configured availability

This is your operational workspace for managing scheduled sessions.

To open the appointment dashboard:

  1. Go to your Dashboard
  2. Navigate to the Appointments section

You will see the Appointment Management view, which displays booking data and status.

Understanding Appointment Status and Summary

Once you have active bookings, summary metrics will appear at the top of the page.

  • Total: The total number of appointments across all statuses
  • Upcoming: Appointments scheduled for a future date and time
  • Completed: Sessions that have already taken place and are marked as completed
  • Cancelled: Appointments that were cancelled

These metrics provide a quick overview of your scheduling activity and workload.

Managing the Appointment List

The main section of the page displays a list of all appointments. Each entry typically includes:

  • Customer information
  • Appointment date and time
  • Associated product or service
  • Current status

This list is your primary tool for managing day-to-day bookings.

How to Use the List Effectively

  • Review upcoming appointments to prepare for sessions
  • Monitor completed sessions for tracking and reporting
  • Identify cancelled bookings to understand drop-offs
  • Cross-check bookings against your availability settings

If you make changes elsewhere (such as cancellations or new bookings), refresh the page to ensure the data is up to date.

Keeping Configuration and Bookings Aligned

Appointment behavior is directly tied to your product settings. To make changes to:

  • Availability
  • Duration
  • Buffer time
  • Meeting links

You must update the corresponding appointment product in the Products section. Always ensure your product configuration reflects your actual availability to avoid scheduling conflicts.
