Managing Your Billing and Subscription

This article explains how to manage your subscription, billing details, and invoices. Billing is related to your mycreator.page subscription, not your customers’ purchases.

It includes:

• Your Creator Pro plan
• Payment methods used for your subscription
• Billing history and invoices

Accessing Billing Settings

1. Go to your Dashboard
2. Open Settings
3. Select the Billing section

Managing Your Subscription

1. Click Manage Subscription
2. You will be redirected to the Stripe Customer Portal
3. From there, you can:
   • Update your payment method
   • View billing history
   • Download invoices
   • Upgrade or cancel your subscription

After making changes, your account will update automatically when you return to the dashboard.

Important Notes

• Subscription charges are handled securely through Stripe
• Changes to your plan take effect based on your billing cycle
• Cancelling your subscription may affect your ability to publish or sell products
