This article explains how to use the Income and Order section on mycreator.page. These two areas work together to help you monitor sales performance, review individual transactions, and manage your orders effectively.

The Income section is your primary interface for tracking sales activity and reviewing orders.

Accessing Income

  1. Go to your Dashboard
  2. Navigate to the Income section

You will land on the Orders and Revenue view, which provides both summary metrics and a detailed order list.

Date Range and Summary Metrics

At the top of the page, you can select a date range to analyze performance over a specific period.

Available ranges typically include:

  • All time
  • Today and Yesterday
  • This week and This month
  • Previous month
  • This year

Based on your selection, the system updates key performance metrics such as:

  • Revenue — Total income generated
  • Earnings — Net earnings after applicable deductions
  • Sales count — Number of successful transactions
  • Orders placed — Total orders within the period
  • Order bumps — Additional revenue generated from upsells

These metrics provide a quick snapshot of business performance and trends.

Order List and Filtering

Below the summary, you will find a list of all orders. You can refine this list using:

  • Search — Locate orders by customer name or relevant details
  • Status filter — Identify completed, pending, or other order states
  • Product type filter — Segment by product category
  • Product filter — Focus on a specific product
  • Order bump filter — Isolate upsell-related transactions

Pagination is available to navigate through larger datasets efficiently. This filtering capability is essential for auditing transactions, identifying patterns, and troubleshooting specific cases.

Viewing Order Details

Clicking on any order opens a detailed view. This includes:

  • Customer information
  • Purchased items (line items)
  • Payment status
  • Order metadata

Use this view when you need to investigate a transaction, confirm payment details, or respond to customer inquiries.

A clear understanding of both revenue and orders ensures better financial oversight and more effective order management.
